Below, you will find various registration pass options. You will also find detailed criteria for each pass to help you make the right choice. Choose the pass that most accurately reflects your company's activities. R&D Company, Investor, Academic

This pass is for qualified R&D companies, Investors, and Government/non-profit organizations. Please see full criteria below:

R&D Qualifying Criteria
Biotech, Pharma, Drug Delivery, Diagnostic, Medical Device companies actively developing products, and platform companies supporting drug discovery and design for which they own the IP.

Investor Qualifying Criteria
Investment firms with an existing portfolio or actively investing or seeking investment opportunities in life science companies.

Government
Government departments and organizations, and registered non-profit organizations.

PLEASE NOTE: Each registration for this pass is vetted individually. If it is later determined that you do not meet the qualifying criteria, you will be invoiced for the difference in rates when applicable.

Journalists writing for industry-specific news/publishing organizations are welcome to attend ChinaBio® Partnering Forum 2026 free of charge provided the terms of our press policy are satisfied.

- Instant scheduling of your accepted partnering meetings. Each scheduled meeting will be assigned to a meeting location onsite.

- Publication of your company and personal profiles on partneringONE®.

- Submission of up to 150 requests per company for one-to-one meetings during the conference.

- Access to all live and pre-recorded panel discussions and fireside chats with global thought-leaders of the industry.

- Access to leading innovators from academia, start-up and scale up biotech companies who will be showcasing their technology in pre-recorded company pitches. These will start coming available 4 weeks prior to the event allowing you to preview potential partners.

- Breakfast, lunch, snacks, coffee and other non-alcoholic beverages at the venue.

Credit Card Payment & VIP Codes

Credit card payment is required at check out. Please note that we will not issue refunds for VIP codes that were not entered at the time of registration.
