Senior Manager, Clinical Transparency Lead at Otsuka

Kali has been with Otsuka for 2.5 years and leads the Clinical Transparency function. She holds a BS in Animal Science, an MS in Health Care Management, as well as a Masters Certificate in Clinical Trial Regulatory Affairs, and is an active member of the EfPIA Clinical Trial Transparency working group as well as DIA Transparency groups. Kali led Otsuka’s first HC PRCI submission and has helped grow the function to support PRCI, Policy0070, Policy0043, EMA’s Transparency Policy and Clinical Trial Registration and Results Disclosure. She is passionate about educating the organization on transparency requirements, training colleagues on CCI and PPD, and establishing best practices to support public disclosure of documents.
