We are proud to deliver you a sustainable event by launching several new initiatives noted below.
Digital Event Agenda
We will deliver an environmentally-friendly digital event guide through our ConnectMe app. Look out for signs around the venue to download the App to view the agenda, see who's attending, book appointments and more!
Lanyards & Name Tags
We will be using a TerraCycle Zero Waste Box to recycle used lanyards and badges after the event. Don’t forget to drop off your badge and lanyard off before you leave.

At Clinical Data Disclosure, we want everyone to feel like they belong and for our communities to feel inspired and benefit from the diverse identities, innovation and ideas we showcase.
Renewable Energy
As part of our continued commitment to the sustainability of our event, 100% of the electricity within Clinical Data Disclosure is generated from a renewable origin. This results in our electricity use being carbon neutral, minimizing the creation of CO2, and therefore significantly reducing our carbon impact.
Our ‘Better Stands’ Approach
Through our commitment to the evolution of the exhibitions industry, we aim to ensure that we are delivering the best possible experience for our customers. We believe that by moving away from the use of disposable exhibition booths we will improve the ease, quality, safety and sustainability of the exhibitor experience at our events. We aim to further minimize exhibition waste by removing carpet in our aisles, using digital signage options as much as possible or using eco cardboard. Finally, encouraging our exhibitors to minimize handouts by utilizing our digital download QR code technology at their booths.

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle can make a huge difference to your wellbeing and physical and mental performance, whether in the office, at home or at an event. At Pharma Forum, we have incorporated wellbeing activities into the agenda, hydration stations and more
Making a Difference: Supporting Cradles to Crayons This Year
Join us in making a difference! We're thrilled to announce our partnership with Cradles to Crayons, a local organization dedicated to providing essential items for children aged from birth to 12 in low-income communities.
🎨 We’ll be packing school & art supply pencil kits (featuring pens, pencils, scissors, coloured pencils and crayons) in the exhibition hall on Tuesday 19th March. We’d love for any attendees to offer a few minutes of their time to help us pack these kits before we take them to be donated to local Philadelphia children through Cradles to Crayons.🖍️

FasterForward is Clinical Data Disclosure's approach to sustainability, moving faster to become a zero waste and net zero carbon business.
