Katlin Shattuck is an Associate Director of Global Clinical Networks within the Trial Innovation team at Otsuka. Prior to joining Otsuka, Katlin worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the urgent care setting. She also has many years of experience working as a nurse in the specialty areas of medical/surgical, oncology, and emergency medicine. Within her current role, Katlin focuses on patient and site engagement activities, and previously led the Plain Language Summary program. In her work, she enjoys focusing on areas that aim to improve patient centricity and transparency, as well as helping to identify potential ways in which decentralized trial opportunities can be considered in trial design.
