Ritama Gupta Dempsey is an associate director of disclosure medical writing at MSD. She and her team are responsible for drafting registration and results disclosures; specifically, Ritama is the operational head for disclosure medical writing and leads disclosure writing for mergers and acquisitions at MSD. Ritama is passionate about mentoring writers and developing talent, solving unique trial design challenges, and building cross-functional relationships with varying stakeholders within the evolving disclosure landscape. She has a background in academic scientific research and holds a PhD in Immunology and Microbial Pathogenesis from Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences.
