You will receive your virtual platform login details with your unique access information prior to the event. Simply fill in your goals & objectives, professional interests, create your profile and start getting to know your fellow attendees.

How To Schedule A Meeting Or Start Instant Chat
Scheduling a meeting with fellow attendees is easy on ConnectMe.
If you see someone you'd like to speak to, reach out and schedule a video meeting by navigating to the attendee directory, browsing the attendee profiles, and clicking "Book A Meeting".
These meetings can be 1:1, or a larger group collaboration where you can view video, chat, share screens and invite other registered attendees to join too.
Or, to start an instant chat, click on the chat tab on the right hand side of your screen, identify the person you would like to contact, then click on the chat icon to start instant messaging.
Attend Live And On-Demand Sessions
Our digital platform enabled attendees to watch a mix of live and on-demand presentations, and ask questions to speakers and panels in real-time with live Q&As.
Live Presentations, Panels, Roundtables and Q&As: Engage and interact live with the speakers at the designated time (delivered in Central European Summer Time (CEST) time zone) and get your burning questions answered.
On-Demand Presentations: No matter what time zone you're in, with scheduled on-demand content available around the clock, you will always be able to log in a watch sessions at a time that suits you. Keep an eye out for suggested pre-viewing of on-demand sessions to get your questions ready for live Q&As with the on-demand speakers.
Post-event viewing: With multiple tracks running at the same time, it can often be difficult to choose which session to attend at any given time. Which is why we are providing you with access to view the presentations on-demand* for an additional 30 days following the live event.

Here are some useful tips to reduce your energy usage throughout the event:
- Reducing your screen brightness from 100% to 70% is hardly noticeable and can reduce energy consumption by 20%.
- Reducing cooling by 1°C can reduce energy use by up to 8%.
- Switch to energy saving mode on your computer or screen, or sit in areas with natural light.
