    Certification Requirements

    To qualify for a Certificate of Completion from Informa Connect Academy, learners are required to meet two criteria:

    • Assessment
      • Learners are required to complete a structured 90-day coaching plan and agree a 30-day follow-up check-in
    • Punctuality and Attendance
      • Eligibility for the end-of-course assessment is linked to full attendance
      • Unavoidable absence of up to 2 hours of the total course duration may beconsidered upon prior written approval to Informa Connect Academy

    Learners who do not qualify for the Certificate of Completion will receive a Certificate of Attendance indicating the number of hours attended.
