- Abstract length: 300–500 words
- Languages: Spanish, Portuguese, or English
- Submission deadline: 27th of February
- Notification of acceptance: 27th of March

- Social Impact & Inclusion: Smallholder livelihoods and farmer resilience, Gender equity and youth participation in coffee, Labor conditions, migration, and community development, Cooperative models and producer organizations
- Quality, Processing & Innovation: Post-harvest processing innovations, Quality assessment, sensory science, and traceability, Specialty, differentiated, and origin-based coffees, Technology adoption at farm and mill level
- Markets, Trade & Economics: Global and regional market trends, Price volatility and risk management, Value addition and local transformation, Access to finance and investment models
- Policy, Research & Knowledge Transfer: Public policy and regulatory frameworks, Extension services and capacity building, Public–private partnerships, Data, digitalization, and decision-support tools

- Speakers will be allocated timings once the agenda has been confirmed
- Sending an abstract does not guarantee you a speaking slot at the conference
- English will be the official language of the conference and all papers/posters will have to be
delivered in English.
