Carla Noboa is the Founder and President of INOBA CAFÉ, a company focused on developing a regenerative, technified, and scalable coffee production model in Ecuador. Her work is driven by the vision of positioning Ecuador as a globally recognized origin capable of producing high-quality coffee at scale through sustainability, innovation, and efficient agricultural practices.
She began her career in coffee as International Sales Manager at Compañía Elaborados de Café El Café, where she developed a deep understanding of global coffee markets and built an extensive international network within the industry.
Carla is also President of Kilómetro Cero Exportadora, an initiative created to connect Ecuadorian producers directly with international markets and help showcase the quality and potential of Ecuadorian coffee to the world.
Beyond her entrepreneurial work, she serves on the board of the International Women’s Coffee Alliance Ecuador Chapter, supporting the advancement of women across the coffee value chain.
She holds a degree in Business Management from Fordham University and has completed executive leadership studies at Harvard Business School Program for Leadership Development (PLD).
