Café World Summit
Profile
Following a highly successful debut in Costa Rica in 2024, the Café World Summit (CWS) returns for its second international edition on July 29, 2025, at the Royal Palm Hall in Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil. This year, the summit will be held as an official co-event of Biocontrol LATAM, organized by Informa Connect through its global platform New AG International.
The Café World Summit is a global congress that brings together all actors in the coffee value chain, with a technical, business, and social approach that places the coffee producer at the center of the transformation. It offers a high-level platform for technology transfer, professional development, market access, and global dialogue on the future of coffee.
Its first edition in Costa Rica established the CWS as a high-impact space featuring demonstration field tours, expert panels, scientific presentations, and business networking sessions focused on topics such as the European Green Deal, climate resilience, soil regeneration, and regenerative agriculture applied to coffee production.
In 2025, the CWS expands its impact by joining forces with Biocontrol LATAM, Latin America's premier event on biological solutions for agriculture. This collaboration with Informa Connect / New AG International creates a unique opportunity for crossover between the coffee sector and cutting-edge advancements in biotechnology, biological pest control, living soils, and sustainable crop protection.
Set in Campinas—a hub for Arabica coffee production and agricultural research excellence—this edition will gather producers, researchers, agronomists, exporters, roasters, policymakers, and consumers from across Latin America and beyond. The agenda will include specialized conferences, innovation showcases, business matchmaking, and strategic networking opportunities.
The Café World Summit 2025 reaffirms its mission to drive sustainable rural development, empower coffee professionals, and build a more resilient, innovative, and inclusive global coffee sector.
