Can I bring a guest?
If you want to bring a guest (spouse, friend, etc.) they will need to purchase a Connect Marketplace badge. We encourage you to do this with your Connect representative ahead of time, but it can be done on-site as well.
How can I log into the app?
Please enter the app code "Connect" and log in using your email. You’ll then receive an email with a 4-digit pin. Input this pin to the app, and you’ll be taken into the event.
If you experience issues logging in, please click on "Login with Password" and enter the password "Connect24" For security purposes, please change this once logged in. If you are having additional issues, please click on "Talk to Support."
What is the event attire?
The event attire is business casual. We encourage you to wear attire that makes you feel comfortable, including comfortable shoes for walking around the trade show floor.

What are the trade show hours?
The Connect Marketplace Trade Show will be open during the hours listed below.
- Tuesday, 27 August 2024 1:00pm - 4:00pm
- Wednesday, 28 August 2024 11:15am - 3:00pm
- Thursday, 29 August 2024 11:20am - 1:50pm
What happens if I am unable to make it to registration?
If you are unable to make it to registration, you still join us at the Opening Reception and get a wristband at by showing you've successfully logged into the app.
Please note that the remaining events will be no badge, no entry.
What is the bag policy?
There is a “no bag” policy for our closing reception, meaning that large bags and backpacks are not permitted. Exceptions to this policy include small clutches, purses, and fanny packs that are no larger than approximately 6 in. x 6 in. x 2 in., as well as diaper bags and bags required for medical items.
Will there be any quiet spaces?
Yes, attendees are welcome to use the quiet space located in room N 208 C. This room will be open to attendees throughout the entire event, providing a peaceful environment for relaxation, reflection, or taking a break from the bustling event activities. We invite you to use this space as needed to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Will transportation be provided?
- Transportation will not be provided for airport arrivals and departures. We encourage you to take a taxi or use a rideshare service such as Uber or Lyft.
- Transportation will be provided to and from the Opening Reception on August 27th. Transportation will pick up from all planner hotels: Hyatt Regency, Pfister, Saint Kate, and Hilton. Suppliers can walk to these hotels to get on the buses if they choose to do so.
