Kasara Weinrich is a self-proclaimed, and industry-recognized professional disruptor and servant-leader. As a futurist and lover of ideation – designing and exploring the future of work is a dream role for Kasara.

By day, she serves ADP through the Future of Work as a Principal Consultant and Innovation Leader on The EDGE. In addition, Kasara serves the ADP Global Sales organization as an amplifier, strategist and creator. She serves the Business Resource Groups and Career Growth & Development (CG&D) community as a CG&D Consultant and a member of the CG&D Senior Director's Core Team.

Kasara also serves the tech industry and data market through deep research, data aggregation and consumption, and the desire to share the outcomes of each through social media and speaking engagements.

By night, Kasara soaks up the endless energy, imagination, and positivity that her two sons, Rowan and Sullivan, radiate.

With a Master's in Business Administration centered on Prescriptive and Predictive analytics, and a Bachelor's in Communications, Kasara thrives on the ability to simplify the complex and to communicate the state of the present while looking toward the future through practical, data-driven strategies.

As a natural change-seeker and thought-leader, Kasara enjoys any opportunity to think not just outside-the-box, but as if the box had never existed in the first place.
