Anna Ruszczynska is the Regional Director for APAC at OneOcean, responsible for the commercial team delivering digital solutions and services to clients in APAC and India. Prior joining OneOcean in 2023, she accumulated 15 years of experience in crew management across leading ship management and owning companies in Cyprus and Singapore, having been active in the maritime industry since 2009. Although not a mariner, she has maritime roots, having sailed on commercial ships with her father, and comes from a family of Master Mariners. Anna is the Secretary of the Nautical Institute Singapore branch and member of the NI Professional Development Committee. She is also on the YEG committee of the Singapore Shipping Association as well as an active member of WISTA and WIMAR.
