Cagatay Isbilen has been leading DESE Crew Management since 2015. In addition to crewing, he also manages group companies under DESE Group operating in ship management, chartering, land logistics and grain trading. Based in Dubai, Cagatay has played an active role in developing DESE Crew Management into an award-recognised crewing company across Europe and the MENA region. With a people-first approach to crew management, the company now provides crew management services to more than +100 vessels and continues to invest in training, competence development and seafarer-focused initiatives.
