With more than 20 years in marine travel, she brings together commercial leadership and global cruise expertise with a broader perspective on how people, operations and businesses connect across the maritime ecosystem.

Her work spans commercial strategy, business development, crew mobility and the development of new solutions and partnerships, with a particular interest in keeping crew and maritime people at the centre while improving operational resilience and creating sustainable commercial value.

At CrewConnect, Calypso brings a cross-sector perspective to the discussion, exploring what cargo can realistically adopt from cruise, where differences in scale and economics matter, and where technology is most effective when combined with human expertise.

She holds an MSc in Tourism Management from the University of Surrey and is currently pursuing an eMBA with Shipping at CIM-Cyprus Business School.
