Capt. Anupam Raizada, FICS, AFNI is a Master Mariner, maritime entrepreneur and Co-Founder of the Offing Group, Full Ahead Marine & Offshore Pvt. Ltd., and Watertight Marine & Energy Consultants.

With over two decades of experience, he leads businesses spanning vessel ownership, ship management, offshore operations, chartering, marine surveying, vessel acquisitions, vessel inspections and maritime asset management.

An Executive MBA from SPJIMR, Mumbai, Capt. Raizada is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (FICS), an Associate Fellow of the Nautical Institute (AFNI), and serves on the Managing Committee of the ICS Mumbai Branch.

Recognising the transformative potential of emerging technologies, he is leading the adoption of artificial intelligence, automation and digital workflows across his organisations to enhance operational efficiency, support better decision-making and enable maritime professionals to focus on higher-value, human-centric outcomes.

Capt. Raizada is also the driving force behind Naughtica, India's largest inter-collegiate maritime festival, an initiative dedicated to inspiring, connecting and empowering the next generation of maritime professionals through competition, innovation and leadership.
