Christian Andersen has been with the Global Maritime Forum since its foundation in 2017. In that time, he has played a key role in introducing the organisation's Human Sustainability programme and establishing the All Aboard Alliance.
Christian spearheads collaborative efforts with various companies aimed at improving living and working conditions across the maritime sector. This includes conducting Alliance workshops and engaging with senior leaders through webinars, individual discussions, high-level meetings, and the production of reports. He is currently working on a project to establish a baseline for key human sustainability indicators at sea, with the aim of being able to better track industry progress in these areas.
Prior to this, Christian authored the All Aboard Insight reports, highlighting best practices from across Alliance members to ensure equitable and inclusive practices for all. He holds a master's degree in Psychology and Social Science, where he explored the impact of diversity and inclusion in maritime from a leadership perspective.
