Erle Kristin Wagle was appointed Director for Maritime Strategy and Business Development in Mintra in January 2024. She came to Mintra from the Kongsberg Group, where she held the role as Vice President for Maritime Simulations. She has spent more than 25 years navigating the complexities of the maritime industry and has also worked for major shipowners like Teekay, Bergesen and BW, holding various positions in commercial operations and technical management.

Wagle is a specialist in maritime operations, maritime digitalization & energy management and has a genuine interest in how right competence and proper training can reduce risk, enhance operational efficiency, improve environmental performance, and give competitive advantages. With her broad maritime background, she plays an important role in the strategic positioning of Mintra.
Wagle holds an MBA in Shipping & Logistics from Copenhagen Business School, a Bachelor of Management from The Norwegian School of Management and a Board Candidate Certificate from the Blue Board Leadership program at CBS.
