Francesca is Shipping Lead at the Institute for Human Rights and Business (IHRB). She has produced the Delivering on Seafarers' Rights Code of Conduct, the Company Toolkit for Responsible Maritime Recruitment, research on recruitment fees and numerous other briefings, reports and initiatives on shipping and on ocean economy, as well as on commodities.
Francesca graduated from Newcastle University and has a Masters in Population Studies from the LSE. Before IHRB, she was a market researcher at MORI, and a corporate responsibility consultant at Good Business. She has done volunteer work with several human rights and social organisations.
