Jo specialises in supporting leaders and managers to navigate purposeful careers, so that they can make the most of their talent and help to shape inclusive, high performing environments.

As a Senior Associate at DSG, Jo has focused on the Maritime industry since 2020, working with both shore-based colleagues and seafarers at a range of levels. She is also able to draw on two decades of multi-sector experience spanning global brands operating in multiple geographies, through to SMEs and small, fast-growth start-ups.

Jo creates space for people to explore what drives them, the choices they make and how they want to use their influence. Activities include executive coaching, facilitation, mentoring, keynote speeches and writing. She has designed and delivered events for environments as varied as high-performance sport, the entertainment industry and professional services – as well as with a wide range of shipping environments.

Jo’s expertise is grounded in her skill as an Executive Coach and she has collaborated with leading academic institutions, including publishing “The Meaning of Success – Women at Cambridge” with the University of Cambridge.
