Viktor Dukov is the Founder and CEO of SeAI, a maritime AI technology company building the next generation of crew management software.

He brings over 18 years of hands-on maritime industry experience. He began his career at 18 at Cosmos Shipping, one of Bulgaria's leading shipping companies, where he spent 4.5 years. In parallel, he completed a Bachelor's degree in Management at Varna Free University, followed by a Master's degree at Middlesex Business School in London, specialising in Management, Change Management, Human Resources and Organisational Development.

From late 2014 until late 2023, Viktor worked at Zodiac Maritime, one of the world's leading ship owners and managers, with a fleet of over 150 cargo vessels. Over those years he managed crewing operations for a global fleet of tankers, handling thousands of crew movements, solving problems under sustained operational and commercial pressure, and leading the design and implementation of key strategic projects. That decade built both an exceptional operational skillset and an extensive global network across the industry.

Since 2023 he has been a PhD candidate at the Technical University of Varna, researching Commercial Ship Management.

Viktor founded SeAI in 2023 to bring the operational realities of crewing using data & AI — the ones he lived through for nearly two decades — into modern, purpose-built technology for crew managers, manning agencies and ship owners.
