Andriy Gostik is a Principal in EBRD’s Private Equity team, where he focuses on investments in Digital Infrastructure, Real Estate and Renewable Energy. In particular, Andriy is currently leading several transactions in the data center space. Recently, he closed a number of transactions in the Real Estate sector, including JVs with leading regional developers, and worked on several projects with Independent Power Producers.
Andriy brings extensive expertise in emerging markets, directing private equity deals focused on promoting private sector growth, enhancing corporate governance, and creating long-term transition impact. He is driving green transition and digital innovation initiatives in his sectors, partnering with international sponsors and local enterprises to integrate technological advancements and reduce environmental footprints in investee companies.
Before EBRD, Andriy worked in various senior roles in a family office investment team, investment banking and management consulting. Andriy holds MA in Economics and MBA degrees from the California State University - East Bay, USA and is a CFA charter holder.
