David is an entrepreneur having been involved as a principal with many businesses across multiple sectors.

As a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors David has spent over 40 years developing projects successfully over many different sectors.

David is currently developing a Data Centre campus in Bedford which will ultimately have a capacity of over 1GW

David was involved in Professional Football at the highest level in England where he as a Club owner was one of the 22 Chairmen who signed the formation of the Premier League in 1992.

David has also owned a media company and is currently a director of the family Jewellery business and through his vehicle Hydro Kinetic Power together with the UK Environment Agency is developing a revolutionary Micro Hydro producing renewable energy.
