Helena Fagraeus Lundström started her career at McKinsey & Company as a management consultant. Following that, she spent several years at Arla Foods, in strategic as well as commercial leadership roles in Sweden and the UK. She then joined Summa Equity, a pioneer within impact investment, where she led the operational specialist team. Since leaving Summa Equity, she has dedicated her career to green tech. Initially at X Shore, a leader in the electrification of leisure boating, she was CSO and Deputy CEO and thus had a central role in the company's scale-up journey. From X Shore she continued to Solkompaniet, a well-established Swedish full-service player in large scale solar power. At Solkompaniet. she led the Development Business Unit, that originates and develops sites into ready-to-build solar projects. Since the start of 2025, she has taken the CEO role at T.Loop, an innovative player in the data center segment, that integrates data centers into the energy system, thus securing a more sustainable and scalable data center infrastructure.

Further, she is member of the Board of Renall, a Swedish privately owned environmental services company.
