Manuel Giménez Rasero, J.D., majored in Business Administration from ICADE and in Political Sciences (UA, Madrid). He is International Legal Studies LL.M. (New York University School of Law). His background combines legal, economic, and policy expertise with executive experience in both private and institutional sectors.

From 2021 to January 2025 Manuel was Executive Director at Spain DC, (Spanish Data Centers Association), where he helped establish Spain as a strategic hub for data traffic between Europe, Africa, and the Americas and is currently Chief Executive Officer-EMEA & LatAm at ACS Digital & Energy. In his current position, he is responsible for coordinating the group’s strategic commitment to digital infrastructure—developing, commercializing, and operating high-performance data centers to support the exponential growth of cloud computing, AI, and digital services.
