Rajiv Dalal is an independent researcher and advisor on AI governability in critical systems and regulated industries, based in London, and principal of Strategic eServices Ltd. His work focuses on the accountability and risk questions boards and investors face as AI systems take on greater decision-making authority in critical infrastructure, from deal due diligence to D&O liability exposure. He writes on the governance gap emerging in sovereign AI infrastructure, including for Data Center Knowledge, and is moderating a session on EU regulation and sovereign AI infrastructure at Informa's DCW Europe in Vienna this October. He is also speaking on AI, cybersecurity and global regulation in MedTech at MD&M Midwest in Minneapolis this October.
