Adam Moseley is Director of Artificial Intelligence Consulting at Charles Schwab, where he leads the Schwab Business Consulting and Education team’s efforts to help RIAs understand and unlock the value of emerging AI capabilities. He and his team work directly with advisory firms to translate Schwab’s investment in cutting edge AI research and best practices into real world strategies that fuel growth, create efficiencies, and allow firms to bring a deeper level of service to their clients. Adam is a frequent educator and consultant to RIAs seeking to navigate the rapidly evolving landscapes of AI and technology, bringing both deep technical knowledge and a forward-looking perspective. Adam holds a Stanford University certificate in AI Driven Leadership.

In addition to his AI leadership, Adam oversees Schwab’s national technology consulting team, which provides hands-on guidance to advisors seeking to better manage the ongoing technological and operational complexities of doing business in this industry. Through interactive workshops and one-on-one engagements, his team supports RIAs in areas such as technology and operations strategy, cybersecurity, workflow design, digital modernization, and elevating the overall client experience through thoughtful integration and best practices.

Adam joined Schwab in 1997 and has been part of the technology consulting organization since 1999. He also holds a Six Sigma Lean Fundamentals certification and maintains Series 7 and Series 63 registrations.
