Clay Coleman brings nearly a decade of experience in real estate investment sales, with a focus on Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) 1031 exchange offerings. Over the course of his career, he has contributed to the placement of over $1 billion in DST equity, providing him with deep insight into capital markets and investor behavior.
In his role at Passco Companies, Mr. Coleman is responsible for facilitating the acquisition of DST 1031 equity by developing and maintaining relationships with broker-dealer representatives and registered investment advisors nationwide. He also plays a key role in investor and advisor education, particularly around multifamily investing and 1031 tax-deferred exchange strategies.
