Mathis‘ role as Chief Marketing Officer and Partner at SignatureFD, the largest, privately owned registered investment advisor in the southeast, showcases just a slice of her impact. She pioneered the firm's first marketing department and crafted a rock-solid brand promise that became the bedrock for the organization's growth, service quality, and partnerships. Her strategies significantly pumped up website traffic, soaring from a few hundred users to a whopping 16,000 per quarter. Additionally, she diversified revenue streams and engineered a system that rakes in over double the investment in digital marketing. She also collaborated with the co-founders to streamline the lead-to-close process, slicing down timeframes. Being the first black woman in SignatureFD's elite C-Suite, Senior Leadership Team and Partner group speaks volumes about her groundbreaking leadership. Prior to SignatureFD, Mathis led the communications strategies for Cardlytics, a global fintech company headquartered in Atlanta, during their initial public offering on NASDAQ, helping to elevate their brand narrative amongst potential investors. Before that, Mathis managed several B2B and B2C clients with Porter Novelli, a top global marketing agency. During her tenure, she worked with founders and co-founders to develop and tell their unique stories amongst key audiences. Most notably, she spearheaded the local media strategy for Atlanta's National Center for Civil and Human Rights.
