Elizabeth Hioe is the Chief People Officer of Mercer Advisors, one of the nation's largest independent registered investment advisors and a recognized leader in fiduciary wealth management. Serving clients through 100+ offices across the United States, Mercer delivers a comprehensive "family office for your family" integrating investment management, financial planning, tax, and estate services under one roof. Elizabeth leads the firm's people strategy with a clear mandate: make Mercer Advisors the destination of choice for top fiduciary talent. Elizabeth has more than 25 years of experience in talent management and strategic leadership. Most recently, she was the Chief Administrative Officer at Standard Industries, a global industrial company with over 20,000 employees in more than 80 countries. Prior to that, she was a partner and senior leader of the global organization practice at McKinsey & Company.

Elizabeth graduated with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rice University and earned her MBA from Harvard Business School. She is on the boards of Denver Center for the Performing Arts as well as Presenting Denver. She lives in Denver with her husband and two daughters.
