Freedom Dumlao is Chief Technology Officer and Chief AI Officer at Vestmark, where he leads the firm’s technology strategy, platform architecture, and engineering execution. With a focus on consistency, scalability, and innovation, he ensures Vestmark’s systems evolve to meet the complex needs of today’s wealth management firms. He brings more than two decades of experience leading engineering and AI teams at global technology companies. Prior to Vestmark, Freedom was a senior leader within the Alexa Machine Learning team at Amazon, led conversational AI development at Drift, and founded the AI team at LogMeIn. He has also served as CTO at Zipcar and Flexcar, and as global head of commercial products engineering at Wayfair. Freedom is also a board member and treasurer of Ruby Central, a nonprofit supporting the open-source developer community.
