George Padula is the Chief Investment Officer, Wealth Manager, and Principal at Modera Wealth Management. Modera provides fee-only, comprehensive wealth management for individuals, families, business owners and non-profit institutions. As CIO and chair of the Investment Committee, George offers an evidence-based investment perspective to both wealth management and institutional clients, leveraging best-in-class research. He helps entrepreneurs navigate the technical components of running a business; guides individuals and families in college and retirement planning and charitable giving; and supports endowments and foundations in creating diversified portfolios in line with their mission. George’s professional affiliations include FPA, NAPFA, the Boston Security Analysts Society, the Boston Estate Planning Council and the CFA® Institute. He volunteers as a pro bono financial planner for patients at Dana Farber Cancer Center in collaboration with the Financial Planning Association of Massachusetts. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® certification and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional.
