James McConaghy is Managing Director and Head of Distribution at Eaglebrook, one of the leading digital asset SMA platform for RIAs, where he leads growth across more than 100 advisory firms by enabling advisors to bring held-away assets into the portfolio, implement tax-efficient strategies, and access digital assets through managed accounts. He brings more than 20 years of global distribution experience across alternative and traditional asset classes, spanning private equity, private credit, real assets, fixed income, ETFs, mutual funds, and separately managed accounts. Prior to Eaglebrook, James held a senior distribution role at a large Fixed Income manager. He holds a bachelor's degree from UC Santa Barbara.
