Jason Ray is President and Chief Investment Officer of Zenith Wealth Partners, where he leads investment strategy and the development of institutional-quality portfolios for families, business owners, and mission-driven institutions. He is a recognized expert in private markets, specializing in underwriting direct investments, structuring place-based strategies, and building repeatable private investment programs for advisors and institutional investors.

Jason’s work focuses on helping firms move beyond access to alternatives toward disciplined execution — integrating governance, underwriting standards, and portfolio construction so private investments play a meaningful role in long-term outcomes. Prior to founding Zenith, he held senior investment and client advisory roles at FS Investments, Lincoln Financial Group, and Carnegie Wealth Management, working across public and private markets, M&A, and business valuation.

A frequent speaker and moderator, Jason has appeared on the main stage at Futureproof and with the CFA Society on endowments and foundations. He studied politics at Princeton University and lives in Philadelphia with his family.
