As Chief Investment Officer, I have the privilege of leading the investment strategy, research, and governance functions of CBIZ Investment Advisory Services, helping to drive the organization’s investment philosophy and model management approach as well as overseeing our research team, approve funds, discretionary portfolios, and research development to help our retirement, institutional, and wealth clients achieve their goals.

With over 20 years of experience in financial planning, investment analysis, and portfolio strategy, she most recently served as Co-Chief Investment Officer at Avantax Wealth Management, where she led the Portfolio Management and Diligence teams. She was responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and performance of the Portfolio Management team, the firm’s home office discretionary portfolios and the ERISA and Non-ERISA retirement portfolios.

Jennifer began her career in financial planning and wealth management in 2004 as a financial advisor with A.G. Edwards & Sons. Later, she joined H. Beck, Inc. (now part of Altria/LPL) where she held roles including Senior Product Specialist, Investment Analyst, and Vice President of Investments.
