John Swystun is the founder of Auxesys, a marketing growth partner for RIAs, aggregator/integrators, TAMPs, and WealthTech. Auxesys delivers a fully-managed digital marketing engine that plugs directly into a client firm. An enterprise-grade team in a box that combines execution, infrastructure, and world-class creative into a single, purpose-built service.

John spent 15 years in professional snowboarding and action-sports video production. After recovering from burnout and starting over more than once, he built a career in executive search, digital media, and professional services; eventually founding Auxesys to adapt modern growth strategies to wealth management.

In just 14 months, Auxesys has grown from an outsider brand to critical partner trusted by some of the most forward-thinking players in the RIA ecosystem.

John lives in the Canadian prairie countryside with his wife and three sons. His three happy places: the yard with his family, a powder day, and RIA channel conference.
