AGS specializes in RIA compensation & equity design, strategic planning, succession/exit planning, and transaction advisory.

JP has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University and a Master of Business Administration from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Prior to joining AGS, he worked on the design and valuation of equity-linked compensation instruments for public companies.
