Kate Asack is a tireless champion of wealth management, with 30+ years of experience at firms including Charles Schwab, Fidelity Institutional, and TimeScale Financial. She began her career at Schwab, where she helped build Schwab Private Client and later trained hundreds of advisors nationwide. At Fidelity and Schwab Institutional, she guided RIAs on launching and scaling independent firms, reinforcing her passion for empowering entrepreneurial advisors and fiduciary advice.

That passion led her to later to launch AmplifyRIA, her own consulting firm focused on helping RIAs grow strategically. She went on to serve as Chief Operating and Chief Growth Officer at TimeScale Financial, steering the firm through transformative change and a successful acquisition in 2022.

Today, as Chief Growth Officer at Fynancial, Kate is driving innovation through a digital client experience. She continues to advocate for women in wealth management and cultivate the industry's next generation of purpose-driven leaders.
