Logan Henderson is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Gridline, where he leads the company’s strategy, product vision, and long-term mission to modernize the infrastructure underpinning private markets investing. He founded Gridline to address the operational complexity, fragmented workflows, and scalability challenges facing alternative investment managers, wealth platforms, and advisors as private markets continue moving into the mainstream. Prior to founding Gridline, Logan served as CEO of Salesfusion, where he scaled the business into a leading marketing technology platform and led its successful acquisition by Accel-KKR. Earlier in his career, he advised growth-stage and technology companies on mergers and acquisitions.
