Michael Kosoff leads digital assets, hedge fund, private equity co-investment, and multi-asset manager research at Mariner, serving both institutional and high net worth clients. He joined the firm in August 2020. From 2016 to 2020, Michael was Senior Director, Investments at Artivest – an alternative investment platform acquired by iCapital - where he researched private equity, hedge funds, and digital assets. Previously, Michael spent over 10 years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in a variety of investment research roles including Head of Hedge Fund Strategies.
Michael holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.A. in Economics from Harvard University.
