Head of ETF Capital Markets at Allspring Global Investments

Molly Landes is head of ETF Capital Markets at Allspring Global Investments. In this role, she focuses on the execution of Allspring’s overall exchange-traded fund (ETF) strategy. Molly joined Allspring from the TCW Group where she served as head of ETF Capital Markets & portfolio manager. Prior to that, Molly was at Engine No. 1 where she held a similar role. Earlier, she was an index equity portfolio manager at BlackRock across iShares ETFs and institutional funds. Additionally, she served as an ETF Capital Markets associate at iShares, a division of BlackRock.

Throughout her career, Molly also held trading roles at Fidelity Investments and at US Trust/Columbia Management. She began her investment industry career in 2006. Molly earned a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications from Indiana University Bloomington, and a master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.
