Pedro P. Notario-Toll is a Capital Member and the founder of Ferraiuoli's Tax Law Practice Group, based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. A tax advisor since 1991, Pedro has built his career developing and implementing sophisticated tax planning strategies for individual and business clients. His practice spans a wide range of areas including tax and corporate structuring for businesses expanding locally and internationally, inbound investment structuring for multinational entities, mergers and acquisitions, tax controversy representation, and the negotiation of tax exemption grants under Puerto Rico's various incentive laws covering green energy, film, industrial, and export sectors. He has also advised the Government of Puerto Rico on tax legislation and regulations.
Pedro holds a B.S. in Accounting with honors from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business and earned his J.D. summa cum laude from Interamerican University School of Law in 2008. He is admitted to practice in both the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the State of Florida. Earlier in his career, Pedro served as Special Advisor for Internal Revenue Matters to the Puerto Rico Secretary of the Treasury and as Treasurer of the Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company (PRIDCO).
