Purva is passionate about innovation in Wealth Management through digitization, data, and analytics to drive growth, user experience, and operational efficiency. With over 20 years in the financial services industry, she has held leadership roles in business strategy, digital transformation, product management, and partnerships. Most recently, at Northern Trust, Purva led digital platforms for Wealth Management, overseeing end-to-end experiences for clients and advisors, leveraging agile practices, AI tools, and third-party capabilities. In addition to the Wealth Management experience at Northern Trust, Purva brings a strategy foundation from McKinsey, retail banking experience from BMO, and an entrepreneurial mindset as a founder. Among her various roles at BMO, as head of US digital partnerships, Purva incubated strategies to integrate fintech and wealth tech solutions, assess build versus buy, and rapidly scale digital capabilities. Beyond her professional work, Purva is actively engaged with the community through nonprofit Board service and startup advisory relationships.
