As TradePMR's Chief Operating Officer (COO), R. Scott Victoria is responsible for the overall advisor experience at TradePMR, overseeing Product, Operations, and Advisor Services. As COO, he enacts the company's custodial services business's strategic priorities and day-to-day operations. Scott leads TradePMR's business committee, which determines the strategic initiatives and direction of the company.

Scott is from Miami, FL and attended the University of Florida where he earned his bachelor's degree in Finance and MBA. He joined TradePMR in 2009 as a trading associate and served in various roles before being named COO in 2018. Scott is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and has earned numerous securities licenses, including Series 3, 4, 7, 24, 27, 53, 66 and FL 2 - 15 insurance license.

He and his wife reside in Gainesville, Florida with their dogs. Scott enjoys traveling, playing golf, and is an avid Gator fan.
