Rajini is Co-Founder Emerita of Focus Financial Partners, a leading international partnership of independent, wealth management firms. Rajini served as the COO and Board Member for Focus( Nasdaq:FOCS) from 2018 to 2023.

Prior to founding Focus, Rajini worked at American Express where she managed interactive services for the U.S. Consumer Card and Travel businesses. Prior to that, she was with McKinsey & Company in New York.

Rajini currently serves on the board of Sylvan Inc, TIFIN AG and Longmark Group. She also serves on the advisory boards of not-for-profits AkshayaPatra Austin and The Langston Wealth Management Center at McCombs Business School in UT Austin.

Rajini is an alumna of Columbia Business School and Delhi University, India.
