As Chief Executive Officer and President, Ralph is shaping Edelman Financial Engines’ long-term vision and growth strategy, with a commitment to making financial advice more accessible, personal, and impactful for individuals at every stage of their financial journey.

Founded more than 40 years ago, Edelman Financial Engines is one of the nation’s largest independent RIAs, uniquely positioned at the intersection of comprehensive financial planning, workplace retirement advice, and wealth management. Today, the firm serves more than one million clients and manages over $326 billion in assets.

Ralph joined Edelman Financial Engines as President in 2025 and was appointed CEO later that year. Before joining EFE, Ralph served as President of Capital Group’s Institutional & Retirement Client Group, where he led a period of significant growth to bring the firm to a broader set of clients with an expanded set of solutions. Previously, he held senior roles at BlackRock across various client businesses, iShares and Corporate Strategy. He began his career at Boston Consulting Group advising top financial institutions in the U.S and Europe.

Ralph holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. in History from Yale University.
