Rob Madore joined MarshBerry in early 2023 and focuses on business perpetuation, organic growth strategies and M&A services for MarshBerry’s clients in wealth advisory, retirement consulting, financial technology, and private equity firms. Rob brings more than 8 years of industry experience to his role as a Vice President on MarshBerry’s Financial Advisory team. His role in providing strategic consulting and sell-side advisory services to more than 100 independent RIAs, Retirement Consulting firms, and FinTech providers gives him a unique perspective on practice development, enterprise value enhancement, and the convergence of wealth management, retirement consulting, and insurance brokerage. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Vermont and currently maintains the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE®) Exam through MarshBerry Capital, LLC, the affiliated FINRA-registered Broker/Dealer of Marsh, Berry & Co., LLC.
