Tara is Partner and CMO at Cerity Partners. Bringing over two decades of communications and marketing experience, Tara is responsible for creating and accelerating firmwide marketing strategy, thought leadership and brand recognition for the firm.Tara spent much of her career at Goldman Sachs in roles across the communications, marketing, and client engagement spectrums. She was Managing Director and Head of Marketing for the Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management Group, where she led the inception of the marketing function. Previously, Tara held roles in the Executive Office in New York and in London where she led Communications for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Most recently, Tara served as the Founding Director of Marketing and Communications at Ownership Works, a startup nonprofit advocating for shared ownership programs at work.Over the course of her career Tara has sat on many diversity and professional development committees and is passionate about mentorship.
