Tony Yang is the Co-Founder and CEO of SyntheticFi. Today, SyntheticFi box spread borrowing strategies power over $1.5 billion in regulatory AUM in loans for over 250 RIA firms across the country.

Based on his own experience buying a house in the San Francisco Bay Area using box spread borrowing, Tony founded SyntheticFi to bring this strategy to financial advisors and their clients. This allows them to secure 100 to 200 basis points lower interest rates than prevailing mortgage or SBLOC rates, while also enabling them to write off interest expenses in ways previously unavailable.

Prior to founding SyntheticFi, Tony was a Senior Software Engineer at Stripe, where he built its core money movement systems.
