Victoria O’Tool is a Financial Planner at Mercer Advisors and the Executive Director of The FinServ Foundation, where she empowers the next generation of financial planners through the organization’s three core pillars: mentorship, coaching, and community. Under her leadership, the Foundation supports more than 700 students across over 50 universities nationwide.

A trailblazer in the financial planning profession, Victoria made history as the youngest-ever FPA National Diversity Scholar in 2024 and serves as a Committee Member for 100 Women in Finance’s LaunchMe Mentorship Program.

A dynamic public speaker and student coach, Victoria is known for her ability to connect with and inspire audiences on topics including professional development, leadership, and the future of financial planning.
